Thinnai Organic is Jaffna's pioneer agritourism hotel, with its organic farm growing a variety of fruit, herbs and vegetables. Their pickles are made using fruits, herbs and vegetables grown on their land and then packaged before being brought to us in Colombo.
The first time we tried their Jaffna Mango Pickle we were hooked - no homemade rice and curry meal is complete without it now! Because we love it so much we knew we had to introduce it to our customers too. Do try their Kochi, Malay and Red Onion + Green Chili pickles too. Totally delicious.
